How long until I receive my order?

Each order is shipped out with the highest priority. Usually, an order is shipped within 2 business days. Orders in the United States usually take no more than 1 week to arrive; in Canada and overseas, expect up to 2 weeks.

Where do you ship to?

There is virtually nowhere out of reach our us. We have experience in worldwide shipping and are familiar with rates, travel times, and export laws. Please be advised that at this time we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Is shipping expensive?

No, we charge flat rate shipping and subsidize costs in order to get your products to your door for less. With the high volume of shipping that we do, we can pass the savings onto you.

Where are your teas from?

We import our teas from countries all over the world. Most of our white, green, oolong, and black teas are from countries like China, Japan, India and Taiwan. We also have teas from both South Africa and Morocco.

Are any of your teas certified?

If you take a look at our teas, we have a number of USDA Certified Organic teas.

As well, several of our Indian teas are Darjeeling Certified—meaning they're from the famous tea growing region of the East Indian Mountains.

Many of our teas are also Fair Trade Certified, and every tea we sell is East Pacific Certified, so you can rest assured that you are getting a high quality product.

Is my private information protected?

With identity theft on the rise, we have taken special precautions to protect your personal information. And, since we use a secure PayPal payment gateway, you can be comfortable in knowing that your credit information is safe.
